Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka's birthplace was Minsk in Belarus. Sergey Sabalenka (d. 2019) is her father who plays hockey. Aryna Sabalenka was born in Minsk, Belarus on May 5th of 1998. Aryna Sabalenka has twelve WTA Singles titles. One that was awarded the title "Grand Slam" at the Australian Open 2023. Her doubles game is excellent and she has also won Majors at the US Open (2019) and Australian Open (2021), each of them in partnership with Elisemertens. With her, the Belgian tennis superstar, she won WTA 1000s in Indian Wells in 2019 and Miami. The women's doubles had only four couples win this title. She rose from second to third place in the World Singles Rankings on 23 August 2021. Her best ranking was achieved again in the month of January in 2023. She rose to the top of the doubles ranking the next year after winning at Melbourne. It made her the only Belarusian tennis player to succeed in her field. Dmitry Tursunov coached her between 2018 and 2019, and also in the part of early 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was her trainer from August until September 2020. Antonio Dubrov, her fellow countryman, has been coaching her from the year 2020. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are her idols.
